5. Back-up roll induction quenching equipment

This equipment has independent intellectual property. Heating process is continuous and stable. It applies variable frequency induction heating, and heats the roll surface simultaneously. The whole process carries on the same position.

6. WZC series two-chamber air-cooled & oil-quenching vacuum furnace

Models: WZC-20, WZC-30, WZC-45, and WZC-60.
It is mainly used for bright quenching of alloy steel, alloy structure steel, tool steel, high-speed steel, bearing steel, elastic alloy, stainless steel, and for sintering, bright annealing, solid solution treatment, vacuum brazing of magnetic material.

7. WZJQ series pressure-raising gas-quenching vacuum furnace

Models: WZDJQ-20, WZDJQ-30, WZDJQ-45, and WZDJQ-60.
It is used for vacuum pressure gas-cooling (with absolute pressure 0.2MPa), annealing of high-speed steel, high alloy tool steel, and stainless steel, and for sintering and rapid cooling of magnetic materials.

8. WZGQ Series vacuum high pressure air quenching furnace

Models: WZDGQ-20, WZDGQ-30, WZDGQ-45, and WZDGQ-60.
With a high pressure (pressure 0.6-1.0MPa) gas cooling function, it is used for vacuum gas-quenching, annealing, brazing of high-speed steel, high alloy tool steels, and stainless steel parts, and for sintering, rapid cooling of magnetic materials.

10. WZDS and WZS Series Vacuum Sintering Furnace

Models: WZDS-20, WZDS-30, WZDS-45, and WZDS-60.
WZDS series single-chamber vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for sintering and annealing of powder metallurgy and ceramics.
WZS series double-chamber vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used for high temperature sintering and quenching of carbides, and annealing and high-quality brazing of metal parts.

11. WZST series vacuum carburizing furnace

Models: WZST-20, WZST-30, WZST-45, and WZST-60.
It is gas-cooled and oil-cooled double-chamber horizontal vacuum heat treatment equipment. It is suitable for cemented quenching & carbonitriding of gears, oil pump & nozzle, etc. And it is also for oil-quenching, gas-quenching, annealing, brazing, sintering and other vacuum heat treatment processes of high-speed steel, high-alloy tool steel, bearing and  many kinds of precision parts.

12. WZQH series vertical vacuum brazing furnace

It is mainly used for bright annealing, solution & aging, vacuum brazing of high-speed steel, high-alloy tool steels, electrical magnetic material, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, and sintering of magnetic materials.

13. WZH series vacuum positive pressure tempering furnace

Models: WZH-20, WZH-30, WZH-45, and WZH-60.
It is mainly used for vacuum tempering of high-speed steel, alloy tool steel, bearing steel, stainless steel and special alloys. It can also be used for recrystallization annealing and aging of non-ferrous metal.

14. ZQ Series Vacuum Cleaner

Models: ZQ-30, ZQ-45, ZQ-70, and ZQ-80.
It matches WZC series vacuum quenching furnace and WZH series vacuum tempering furnace. Its effective size and batch are the same as the corresponding vacuum quenching furnace’s and vacuum tempering furnace’s. It can pre-clean before quenching, or clean after quenching but before tempering.

15. WZQ series triple-chamber vacuum furnace

Models: WZQ-45, WZQ-60, and WZQ-80.
It has high-volume production capacity, can greatly improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs. According to the needs of users, this kind of furnace consists of a heating chamber and two cooling chambers. Cooling chamber realizes oil-quenching, gas-cooling, high pressure gas-quenching, annealing and other different functions.

16. LZT series vertical vacuum annealing furnace

Models: LZT-60, LZT-80, LZT-120, and LZT-150.
It is mainly used for bright annealing, solution & aging, vacuum brazing of high-speed steel, high alloy tool steels, electrical magnetic material, non-ferrous metals, stainless steel, and sintering of magnetic materials, much suitable for treating rod-shaped workpieces.

17. WZDT series horizontal vacuum annealing furnace

Models: WZT-20, WZT-30, WZT-45, and WZT-60.
It is used for bright annealing, solution aging, vacuum brazing of high-speed steel, high alloy tool steels, electrical magnetic material, non-ferrous metals, and stainless steel, and for sintering of magnetic materials.

18. Thermal spray equipment

Thermal spray equipment, mainly WDP2000 series arc spraying equipment, which for its efficient, low-power, low cost, process safety, easy to implement automatic control is widely used in large-scale ductile iron pipe production line spray zinc coating production. Already used in Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes, Hangzhou Chunfeng and other enterprises.

19. Thermal spray welding equipment

Thermal spray welding equipment is mainly the PTA general and special powder series plasma spray welding equipment . 1. MP Die Former & Automatic Forging Cell

MP type mechanical Press, developed by BRIMET based on the imported technology from EUMUCO Germany, can perform closed die forging, closed forging and extrusion.
By reliable lower ejections the press can fit with walking-beam manipulator and become an automatic forging cell.

2. Automatic Forging Roll

ZGD series forging rolls ZGD370——ZGD1000 with manipulator are continually optimized and improved products on the basis of EUMUCO technology. By combining with BRIMET’s technologies on forming rolling and performing rolling processes, die, equipment and production line, the forging roll can be applied in automobile, tractor, energy and hand-tooling industries. 1. Gear Fatigue Testing Machine

Gear fatigue testing machine is provided by cooperation with Gear Technology Center of Newcastle University. It will be used for gear contact and bending fatigue test, SN curve test of gear material, provide basic data for the gear design, provide test foundation for optimization of gear processing technic, especially for thermal processing. Plenty technologies of Gear Technology Center of Newcastle University are at a world lead level include gear design, gear and gearbox test technology, gear test and measurement and gear fatigue research. Gear testing and detection equipments produced by the Center have been used in Eaton, ZF, BMW, NASA, ROLLS ROYCE, and many other top automobile, aviation, ships and gear companies. 1. Inspection Equipment for Deformation of Long-distance Oil and Gas Pipeline

We have developed series of oil and gas pipeline inspection equipment for   pipe diameter F219、F273、F325、F355、F406、F426、F457、F508、F529、F559、F660、F813、F1016、F1219. They can accurately measure，analyze and evaluate the pipe shape（changes in diameter, ovality），defect（heave, heave, etc），tube characteristics（Weld, flange, tee）of pipelines，reaching the international advanced level，getting the second prize of Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress。All these equipment are used  in Petrol-China’s pipeline inspection，including project of natural gas transmission from West to East China.

2. Inspection Equipment for Metal Loss of Oil and Gas Pipeline

We have developed series of inspection equipment for metal loss of oil and gas pipeline, for pipe diameter 219、273、325、355、508、559、610、660 .We can accurately detect the metal loss of inner and outer wall of pipeline(corrosion, welt-scars，etc)and tube characteristics(tee, valve , elbow, sleeve, etc).With the configuration of speed control system, we can safely and accurately detect large-flow pipelines, reaching the international advanced level. All these equipment are used in pipeline inspection at home and in Sudan.

3. Long-distance Gas Pipeline Pigging Equipment

We have developed series of pigging equipment of oil and gas pipeline for the pipe diameter 1219 and 1067.they can all used in crude oil, natural gas, oil, water and other medium，with light weight, high strength characteristics of the structure, accurately detecting weak extremely low frequency magnetic signals, reaching the international advanced level. All these equipment are used in pipeline project in China and Central Asia, succeeding in clearing large block of ice, dust, etc.

4. Complex Measurer of Decelerator Body on Large Ship

The complex measurer of decelerator body on large ship is based on CMM Measuring.Its measurement accuracy is±0.02+L/200000mm，the repeatability is±0.01mm，and the measuring range can reach to 4m×2m×1.5m （X、Z、Y）.This equipment is mainly used in the online-High precision -measurement of the decelerator’s size、distance between boreholes，the coaxiality and parallelism of  the holes. An military enterprise has successfully used it in the on-line measurement  of the manufacture of large gear box,modifying the machining errors with the measuring data.The measurer can help manufacturing gears with higher precision.

5. Flatness Measuring in Strument of Super Plane

The flatness measuring instrument of  super plane  can measure the flatness of plane which is larger than φ6m,with the help of the gradienter and automatic proceeding mechanism. the repeatability is 0.005mm，and the measurement accuracy is 0.01mm.This equipment is widely used in the automatic-online-high precision –measurement of super plane 、large plane, and special-shaped surface. Now it is successfully used in the Three Gorge project, helping to measure the flatness of the lapping surface plates、scraping surface plates and the dead smooth plates on the complete equipments of hydrogenerators.

6. Automatic-quality Classifier of Bearing Roller

The automatic-quality classifier of bearing roller measures and classified the diameters of the bearing rollers with the help of  high precision capacitance sensor. Because of the using of non-contact measurement  ,it effectively protects the surface of the cylindrical roller from being scratched. The bearing rollers are sorted by the difference of 0.5μm between their diameters. This machine with its resolution of 0.15μm can picks 6 bearing rollers every minute, and is appropriate to the automatic sorting of primary bearing rollers. It has been successfully used by a domestic bearing manufacture.

7. Automatic Monitoring and Measuring in Strument for Wire Diameter

The automatic monitoring and measuring instrument for wire diameter uses a non-contacted rapid automatic measurement which is based on  the optical image technique to measure the wire’s diameter online ,and to monitor dynamically. Its measuring range reaches toφ1～φ6mm，and the measurement accuracy is±0.005mm.The machine’s measuring range can also comes to larger thanφ6 when it is necessary. It has already been in use in wire drawing lines, automatic processing machines and the shaft part production lines.

8. Three-coordinate Measuring Machine

The three-coordinate measuring machine is based on the biomimetic structure and the coordinate measurement. It can be simply operated with its concise configuration, and has no dead space in measuring. It also adjust the environment very quickly, and can be maintained with little expense. The measuring range of radius is up to 1m, and the measuring error is less than ±0.06mm.The resolution is less than 0.02mm.It can help obtaining the prototype data in online measurement、reverse engineering and virtual manufacturing. It has become to be an important technical equipment in the manufacture, automobile, aviation, mould and military field.

9. Coaxiality Measurement Machine for Large Workpiece

The coaxiality measurement machine contains self-centering unit and noncontact optic measurement unit.It measures the coaxiality of holes on large mechanical parts basing on the geometric optical axis. The measurement accuracy is±0.01mm.This equipment can measure the coaxiality of holes in different diameters.

10. Vertical Measure Equipment for Large Workpiece

Based on optical measurement telescope and matched with optical right angle and the target device, this equipment achieves vertical measurement of the large workpiece in the workshop with the optical square and Target. The range is 3000-10000mm, accuracy is 0.1mm.

11. Symmetry Measurement Instrument of Axis Keyway

This instrument used to measure the axis keyway symmetry, can be used in motors, machine tools, automobile and other industries. The instrument achieves the keyway symmetry measurement positioning by the keyway side and measuring the deviation between actual center of the face and keyway axis. The range of shaft diameter is 15～200mm, the wide of keyway 5～45mm, depth of keyway≥3mm.

12. NDT Equipment and system

We have successively researched and developed 2～9MeV series standing wave linear accelerator and many types of complete set equipment and testing instruments, and applied them in industrial NDT, irradiation processing, medical, treatment, scientific research and teaching field；The developed low, middle and high-energy irradiation accelerator technology and products have wide application prospect in food processing, medicine and health, environmental protection, material treatment field.

2. Vapor Recovery Equipment for Gasoline Filling Station

 Including Vapor recovery system for gasoline filling station(two oil gun using one pump type, closed loop type), Testing equipment for gasoline vapor recovery(General type, Intelligent type),On-line monitoring system for gasoline vapor recovery. Using the frequency conversion technology, the vapor recovery system can control the flux of gasoline vapor recovery accurately, real-time display, adjust the air to liquid volume ratio automatically. The function of the system include of self-diagnosis, self-adjusting, automatic alarm. Using this system can reduce the input cost and running cost and maintenance cost. Testing equipment can achieve the digitized detection of dynamic back pressure, vapor recovery system tightness, air to liquid volume ratio, and automatically record, store, print the test data. Technology of the vapor recovery equipment reaches the international advanced level, and obtains a number of national patents. The equipment has been applied to gasoline vapor recovery project for gasoline filling station in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hebei, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan and other provinces.
